Women, It Can Be Your World!!!!!!

Disclaimer: No offences to anybody.

On this auspicious day, which we probably celebrate as one of the most important occasions of Women Empowerment, I would'nt ask the society and other circumstances to change, but I would rather plead with the women to change.
I know.Everyone will ask me,Why are you asking  the women to change, and not the society? There's a reason behind this.
It goes like this, We are living in the 21st Century where a 1-year old kid is able to configure a "SMARTPHONE" faster than his parents. The society is modernizing in the aspect of technology, it is adapting to change, but the Women on some part are changing with times but still there are quite a few sections who fail to do so, who still continue to follow the traditional stuff which is happening since long in society. My question is WHY? Don't you think there has to be a way out and what is it that stops you?
 INTROSPECT!!!
One Reason is "FEAR".
In life,
If you find yourself lagging behind in this world, you feel there is no way out,
You feel your destination is out of your reach, the FEAR of losing haunts you,
Or it comes and stands before you, then wait, THINK,does it seem right to STOP,
NO, right!!!
Then get up, gather some COURAGE, and take that "FIRST STEP"
And you see that you have reached your unreachable destination,
You realize, it was just that ONE STEP, that some COURAGE,
That small amount of SELF-FAITH, was what it took to reach that destination.
So DRIP down all your fears who HAUNT you and once you do that you are at your destination.

"LIFE IS NOT ABOUT BEING ENTANGLED IN YOUR FEARS,
IT IS ABOUT TANGLING THEM OFF"

Just as we say, "Charity begins at Home". Similarly, "Change happens when you Change, not when Circumstances do". So,the society represents the present circumstances and the change is" WOMEN dripping down their fears and facing the world FEARLESSLY".

Do you know why we succeeded as kids, it was because we din't FEAR what the society said and so changes happened and we got moulded, but as we grew we began to HORRIFY ourselves in the name of society and so we have got ourselves stuck in those shells, which we fear to break.

But, it is a sheer waste in making efforts to change the world, rather than that break your fears, come out of the shell, fight them out and automatically the world will CHANGE and be at your doorstep.

Just a humble request to all the FEMALES reading this, it is your life who has been sent by GOD to fulfill a purpose, don't waste it because of SOCIETY. All those who are undergoing any sort of harassment don't stay quiet, show the world your REAL POTENTIALS and see the change you will see in your life and the world.

  1. Hey Aishwarya, Great going :D you've covered a few points many of us don't think about or cover! I just have a few points to raise! If you're talking about women empowerment per say, is it completely fair enough to say that the women of today are not getting empowered because of society? Well, tbh, I feel that for women to break free from the shackles of society, equal and just opportunity should be given to them. We will in a v chauvinistic world, where even today, men are given more importance ( I has reduced over time, but there is no denial ) if society keeps "shunning" women, how do you think they will progress? Merely "raising" their voices won't help! Only when they are given opportunities will they be able to showcase what they have and what wonders they can create.. And as far as you're talking about "judgemental society" I don't think men are any less victims to it. We all are.

Thanks! This article was an eye opener! Keep doing what you do :D much love

    1. Thanks for the question Sneha.
This world is too big Sneha where opportunties are waiting and the women probably got to come out and explore the world. Just like in today's times, in the business world, the business is walking to customers, the customers arent walking to the business, so just like the businessmen are creating their opportunities and utilising. Similarly, once the fear factor goes off, automatically the human brain starts thinking and they will come out of with some way to work out in life and i'm sure you are well aware that "god helps those who help themselves."So, if the women remove their fears, start trusting themselves it will automatically pave way for success.

If you are not convinced let me know I would probably like to get into a conversation and clear it because if i blog i should be able to convince you

      Thanks for viewing and commenting!!!!!

    2. Hi aishwarya,
I see your point, it does make sense! But what I fail to understand, again, is that, unless women are given substantial "support" from society (be it immediate family or others) they cannot progress! I accept that a few women really have issues with fear, they underestimate themselves.. But I would like to pose this question to you, why do you think some women underestimate themselves? It's probably because in most of the families in our country, women are given "secondary position" agreed? To support my point, I'd like to quote rashmi bansal "A woman is like a delicate flower and needs the right weather to bloom and come into her own, she will under the heat if dissaporval and freezes in the cold conditions of resentment. A women will simply sacrifice herself and her ambition if the " cost" is too high and her family will approve of that- for at the heart of our modern heads lies the age old belief "a woman's place is by " his" side "..

Therefore my question to you is, in a traditional based country like India, are you meaning to say that women should become rebels and follow their ambitions?

      Much love!

Thats the worst part of human thinking in india... we have got independence in 1947 bt yet we r slave of the thoughts which were made by grand people of the society... inshort today's india society is yet male cultured society... here there r rules made for women bt no rules for man.. I request to those all man who have read this bolg plz respect women who r the most important part of this society like heart..n never take test of women's patience she is always like sleeping tiger... so respect women n salute to u aashu for posting such a wonderful bolg

  6. Hi aashu u r talking abt difference. .. this society doesn't love changes in this matter...
if u really want change in this society than first step odlf change should be taken from our own place I.e. or own house....
if our parents start changing there thinking than f..... off wid dis society. .. sorry for this.. a brother/dad always think abt safety of there sister/daughter bt than dnt care abt other girls outside there house... everyone is selfish in this society. . On one side people talk abt safety, respect n manner of women in front of other bt dnt look into there own house.. women should be given rite to keep her talk in front of this world n shoukd be free from the restrictions of society.. salute to those parents who supported there girl to make there name in this man oriented world like sunita williams , sania nehwal ( badminton star) .. n slute to those women's who made there name inspite of societies restrictions like mary kom, kangna ranawat ( film star). So just a humble request to parents to give similer importance to the boy n girl in house . Make a change from home n expand it to d world....
